Welcome to the beginning of a new month!! For those of you who didn’t know, the month of August is nationally recognized as ”Wellness Month”. The focus of National Wellness Month is on self-care, managing stress and promoting healthy routines. Research has shown self-care helps manage stress and promotes happiness.
TBW invites you to create some new wholesome habits, or reignite some that have fallen by the wayside. Not certain where to start?
